I must say, I am pretty impressed with myself! This pizza turned out AMAZING!! The dough was so fluffy and beautiful and the toppings were amazing!!!!!
The toppings I used was Pontiac potato (uncooked and thinly sliced), Shallots, Sour cream and pizza cheese.
If I make this again I would put crushed garlic in the sour cream when I do the swirl. But other than that INCREDIBLE!!!!!!
What's better is D-man doesn't like Potato on his pizza so I get the whole thing!
